Documentul prezentat este continuarea analizei efectuata asupra pietei imobiliare al judetului Cluj in anul 2010. In afara documentarii privitoare la politicile nationale ce afecteaza piata imobiliara, se  analizeaza in mod direct patrimoniul imobiliar de la nivelul judetului Cluj si orasul Cluj Napoca. Analiza se structureaza mai bine fata de anul cel precedent, oferind evolutii pentru 2011 si oferind prognoze pentru 2012.  Contine informatii ce privesc politicile guvernamental, judetene (Cluj) si municipale (Cluj Napoca),  analiza investitiilor in ceea ce priveste exploatarea resurselor, dezvoltarea infrastructurii, managementul urbanistic in domeniul culturii, turismului, sanatatii si alte componente care influenteaza piata imobiliara. De asemenea  se realizeaza analiza imobiliara pe grupele principale, structurate in terenuri intra si extravilane, constructii rezidentiale colective si individuale, spatii comerciale, de birouri, facilitati de logistica si industriale .
